Q. HOW DO I GET A LOAN?

A. You'll need to bring in an item of value and we will lend against the market value of that item.

Q. CAN I INQUIRE OVER THE PHONE AS TO HOW MUCH I CAN BORROW AGAINST MY ITEM?

A. Generally yes, but in some cases we will need to view the item. 

Q. HOW LONG ARE YOUR LOANS FOR?

A. Our loans are for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 1 month. However, you can extend your loan for another month by paying the interest. 

Q. HOW MANY LOANS CAN I HAVE?

A. There is no limit, as long as you can demonstrate your capacity to repay the loans.

Q. WILL YOU SELL MY GOODS IF I DON'T PICK THEM UP ON THE DUE DATE?

A. Yes, you NEED to either come in and pay the interest or at least CONTACT us and nofity us that you need an extension.

Q. WHAT FORMS OF I.D DO YOU EXCEPT?

A. We accept the following:

i. Driver's licence

ii. Passport

iii. Healthcare card with a birth certificate

 Q. WILL YOU MAKE CONTACT TO LET ME KNOW MY LOAN IS OVERDUE?

A. No, it is your responsibility to come in and pay the interest or contact us via phone or email.
